Great for resetting lexan windows to fiberglass deckhouse
Excellent for resetting Lexan windows on sailboat. Installed 4-5 years ago and still very solid with no leaks and without screws. Used as adhesive between sheet lexan ( with no frames) and fiberglass deck house

Fabulous product!!
Silicone does not stick to silicone. Many times. even though scubbed and wire brushed, there is unseen silicone left behind. If re-bedded with silicone, it cannot seal properly. We used this product to re-bed the portholes on our sailboat which had originally been bedded with silicone. After cleaning all thoroughly, we used Dow to bed them. It flows beautifully. No leaks!!!

Used for exterior window replacement
Quality material. Read the specs from Dow. Stays malleable for a day or so. Can come back the next day and trim back the excess. However, brace what you install. I used it to replace double glazed exterior window panes in existing frames and it worked very well. Seems to be a silicone/urethane combination. Claims a better life span than silicone alone. Could not find a clear version but the white was fine. Will use again.

Used on boat deck hatches
Put it in a caulking gun, cut the tip, squeezed trigger and applied. Dried well, purchased based on recommendation from Boatworks Today, time will tell. so far so good

Best Marine sealant anywhere
We use this Dow sealant to rebed fixtures on our boat. It works well, is easy to apply, cleans up amazingly easy, stays flexible for a long time. We just don't use anything else.

Be careful ordering this, despited the description stating 3 cartidges and the colour black, I received 1 cartidge which was white. I returned this and purchased elsewhere.

Listing shows a 3 pack of black. What arrived was a single tube of white. Another reviewer reported the same experience.
