Update App 3, 2019:Originally this was great for the price. $10 for vanilla and $15 for chocolate. The price has since doubled and tripled as of this review. This stuff is great but not for the price, it was equally priced with Optimum Nutrition (same protein content and servings) but $30 is way too much, especially with the many brands of protein.There aren't many cheap options for sugar free protein. I had been looking for cheap unflavored protein since most sugar substitutes have a bad aftertaste. The other options for protein also were not very concentrated per serving.I tried a scoop with a cup of milk and was surprised to find I actually liked the taste, though it was a bit on the sweet side. There was a small aftertaste but not as bad I expected (I expected the diet coke aftertaste), I think the milk helped.The powder didn't mix terribly well with just a cup of milk and shaking and stirring, a mixer with a wire ball would probably work better but I think two cups of milk would help make mixing much easier.Chocolate:The chocolate flavor is not very strong. I add 1tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder per pint (1 scoop) and it tastes great. The vanilla had a fake sugar aftertaste but this has no noticable aftertaste at all. Definitely seems to help with workout recovery too

I use this protein in my shakes and it works. I feel like it helps me recover faster as well!
