I never need to use it for an hour, but it has the option of cycles of 1 or 2 hours, and it's got 5 temperature settings. It fits on me and I'm size 22, so it's flexible. Nice and fluffy. Nice colour. Good price. Cable is quite long. Can't go wrong with this, although I'm not sure I'd fall asleep with it on as it's electric, but it all looks safe.

Bought this to help with back pain while wfh. Really helped ease the pain and also keeps me cosy. Fits nicely under a big jumper so can keep it on during calls if the pain is particularly bad. Also good for warming myself up on a chilly morning, definitely quicker and cheaper than putting the heating on for an hour

This is well made, gets nice and warm and generally good value for the money ,but it did not get 5 stars because its much smaller than the picture implies . would fit a 10 year as it looks in the picture.

I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. I am very pleased with the purchase it covers all of your back from cervical spine down to your lumbar spine. Different heat settings very easy to use. Would recommend it highly.

Worked great for 2 uses, now, barely heats up.

I didn’t think about the fact it has to be plugged in to use it when I purchased it which is my own fault. A usb batty version which you could recharge would be better. But it does heat up and work as expected and has helped me have some light relief from my sore shoulder and neck pain.
