Can women use this leaf blower?

I bought it specifically because it was lightweight and I could use it (68 year old woman). It is definitely easy to use and lightweight

How long is the charge at the highest speed?

The highest speed is 350CFM and can last around 5-6mins. If you want to use the highest speed for longer time, suggest you buy 2pcs battery together.

Does this mulch debris automatically or can it be used as just a vaccum? Looking to use this to vacuum under large steel shelving in a dusty warehouse

Yes this will mulch leaves and some grass. Like any vacuum the leaves need to be dry. When you use it to pick up excess grass clippings they need to be dry as well. I use this vacuum to pick up plant leaves and buds in my entry to my house which is covered with plants on each side. The same on my large covered Lani which has many plants and flowers. When landscaping crew cuts lawn around my property I wait a couple days to allow moisture to dry out before using. As far as industrial debris that would depend on what it is. Metal flakes and wet items no the same as outdoor debris.
