My initial buy was a solo thermometer, but I craved extra coverage and more sensors so I pulled the trigger on the 4-probe meat thermometer block – and it did not disappoint! The accuracy and design of the thermometer are spot-on. I've seen a few negative reviews about the probes breaking off, but that has not happened to me. I take extra care to detach the thermometer after the meat's cool-down period and by gripping the silver part before removal.
