Great Smart Scale with Helpful App
This smart scale works very well and connects easily to the app on my phone. Setup only took a couple minutes and the readings appear almost instantly. I like that it tracks multiple measurements like body fat, BMI, and muscle mass, which makes it helpful for tracking progress over time. The display is bright and easy to read and the scale feels solid and well built. Great value if you want more than just a basic weight reading.

Great value/great info
Love this scale! So easy to use and it tells you almost everything you would get from a trainer. Not heavy, easy to read and it syncs to the app on your phone. Great battery life and quality.

This scale is amazing
This scale has so many areas to measure your weight, it’s an excellent tool when losing weight and knowing all your unhealthy areas besides weight, your visceral fat around your organs, your fat %, & fat weight. It is rechargeable and the charge lasts about 2-3 months with 2 people weighing themselves daily & is so extremely easy to use. Connect to your device by Bluetooth once and it’s ready for all other weight ins. I don’t usually write reviews but this scale amazed me. I told my husband we’re tossing the old 2002 scale and welcoming a 21st century Smart Innotech scale.

Fun and filled with information beyond your weight.
I find this scale to be really impressive and interesting! You do have to download an app to be able to use the full amenities, but it is worth it. The app allows for easy tracking, reading of information/stats, and it doesn’t take that long. You can still use the scale without the app and be able to see majority of what is on the app, but you just will not be able to go as in depth. I would assume it tracks weight correctly, though I am not sure how you would ensure it is. It provides context beyond your simple weight which I think makes it worth the money. It is easy to clean like any other scale you would own, the only difference is you have to occasionally charge it. It does hold its charge for a very long time and alerts you before “giving out”. Overall, I think if you are looking for a smart scale then this one is a great option! And it’s pink;)

No more wondering if batteries need changeing
Seems more accurate than its predecessor wherein disposable batteries made functionality questionable. Larger, sharper image of results is much appreciated on those hard-to-wake-up mornings. Appearance, quality, and ease of set up are excellent. I purchased the black version that provides more color contrast to focus on that number. Recharging via USB cable is a huge plus for me. Only downer is that this model's surface sensitivity still conflicts with my age-related wobbliness. I wish someone would make one of these that I could just stand on and get an immediate reading first time, not after several attempts at standing perfectly still on it.

Great scale for spouses, and clarity
My wife and I for the first time we were able to use the same scale. Other products would work. This one does recognizes the weight difference and ask you to select a different user. When the save it in separate categories for each spouse, I like how it measures the weight as well as the BMI and other Issues like heartbeat. I don’t know how it does it, but you are wearing nothing on your feet, so it’s probably done by sensors. It’s also smart looking device. Also, its digital read outs are better than any other scale. I’ve owned that’s electronic. So it’s a great scale.

Very consistent readings, great price point
I've used InBody body composition analyzer stand up scales available at high-end gyms, but the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale is surprisingly consistent in readings and is very convenient to use. All this available at its price point is frankly amazing. I love that it's rechargable and needs a recharge only every 3-4 months or so. The Fitdays app connects to my Samsung Health app, and I now have a readout of activity from years before the purchase to the detailed fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, readings showing low/normal/high range for all those at the Samsung Health app now. One thing I've noticed though is that the heart rate monitor seems inaccurate with my readings being very high, despite my manual measurements (finger to neck) being much more in normal range. Besides that, if I think the food and exercise I had the previous day should affect my readings up or down, the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale reflects it consistently. I therefore don't understand the complaints of the other reviewers. I've used this product since May 2023 and no problems, and I'm a fitness nut, swimming 1.5 km freestyle 3 times a week average and brisk walking 2 times a week for about half hour to an hour. I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. I've recommended it to my daughter, but she's not as much of a health nut so she's not purchased one yet (we're empty nesters). Some things, you can't control in life: the weather, daughters, and unreliable electronics.

Nothing more than a basic scale...
In sum, this product does nothing more than provide a weight. The rest of what it claims (e.g. body composition, fat and muscle measurement) is nothing more than an estimate based on your height and weight. At first I was skeptical about the low price. The technology to do a true body scan is expensive, and i have paid $20-$30 for body scans at gyms many times in the past. But i thought i'd give it a shot. Second red flag was the app itself. It was so full of misspellings and grammatical problems. Understood it's a Chinese company and translating any language into English is not easy. But it seems a reputable company would pay someone to review the translation so it doesn't look embarassing to them. Finally and most importantly, this simply does not do anyhting more than provide a weight and an estimate of the body comp details based on your height and weight. Example 1 - my son is a gym rat and routinely does body scans. He most recently did one today and it said his body fat was 13%. He has a ton of muscle and weighs a lot relative to his height because of the muscle, so his BMI is rather high. He tried my scale and it said his body fat was 25% which is not even close to accurate. Example 2 - after seeing his nonsensical results, i decided to test it. I did a full body scan, then drank 16 ounces of water (which weighs almost exactly one pound). I redid the body scan. The weight looked accurate - I was one pound heavier as expected. But looking at the body composition details, it said i had gained a pound of fat. Interesting as i had never heard of water turning to fat. I think this illustrates this is not an actual body scan, but takes your height and weight to come up with your BMI and then just does calculations from there.
