Reasonably priced, and adjustable - what a concept! They come vacuum sealed in a fairly small box, but expand quickly. I waited a few days before making adjustments. For me they were way overstuffed as-is (I like them mushy), had to remove about 1/3 of the foam (could make an entire pillow out of the extra). Quilted knit outside case, inner one similar to dust mite cases. Only drawback so far, foam stuffing is really stinky. Would take off 1/2 star if allowed. Will try laying outside to air out. Otherwise, conforms to head and neck, no pain, very comfy.10/2/2024. had to remove even more foam. after a while it expanded and became quite stiff, so i end up waking with a sore neck. now the pillows are great, but i almost filled the entire plastic bag they came in. i'm a side sleeper, fyi.

These are really comfortable! They give you an extra bag of shredded foam if you need it. The pillows come shrink wrapped so you'll need to let them air out for a day to get the chemical smell out. Once you fluff them up, put them in the dryer for 15 min each. They will be fat and soft and ready to go. These quickly took over my old favorite pillow and became my new favorite. They have good support. You can slightly mold them by fluffing the material to the middle or the sides. I do find myself needing to flip them occasionally but it's not overwhelmingly warm like other pillows. I give these pillows a solid 9.1/10 and deserving of 5 stars

Holy Shish Kabab they weren’t lying about the smell. I think it smells like tempura chicken and but husband nose smells burnt hair. These pillows are cozy but waiting for the insane awful smell to leave.

Shopping for pillows these days is not so easy especially when no one can agree if a certain pillow, that works for some people, is good enough for the majority. It seems that for every pillow that someone liked, an equal number were not impressed. So it feels like pillow shopping is a crapshoot, yet the pillow I finally went with, proved to be a great choice. I have never bought a memory foam style of pillow before, yet I felt the need to give them a try since feather pillows compress too much. The two feather pillows I have condense into not so much head support which has translated, over time, into a sore neck most mornings. The RGTIME pillow is a game changer for a solid base pillow with one of my feather pillows on top for a softer, more maleable pillow next to my face. The RHTIME pillow has a supportive density that has just the right amount of spring to be the perfect counterpart to the less structured, yet softer feather pillow. Would I use the RHTIME as my primary pillow? I could take out some of the foam shards to make it softer, but I like it for the new base support it adds to cradle my neck. The RHTIME pillow is unlike any memory foam I have experienced before whereby it has a heavy density to it, yet depresses readily, like a super dense feather pillow might, recovering immediately after pressure is released. To think shards of foam can create such a smooth, gradated level of comfort is impressive. The RHTIME pillow is working for me...

Super pleased with this pillow, it's very comfy and I am very fussy with my pillows. I have used Sobakawa pillows for over 20 years and decided I would give this one a try. So happy I did!

Comfortable but there’s a weird smell to it, I just got it yesterday so I’m hoping it will go away on its own. Also, it looks like my package was damaged and one of the pillows was taken out so I’m waiting to hear back from the seller.UPDATE: They gave me a refund but I would have rather just had the other pillow. My package also didn’t come with extra fluff. I’m definitely going to buy more but not from this seller. It still has a slight smell to it despite me leaving it in the sun uncovered, and putting it in the dryer as advertised.
