Fits one of my Phonak Relate Reserve
I just received these, and they fit my Phonak Relate Reserve. I lost one hearing aid (the lt.) cleaning up after the hurricane that blew through and when they replaced it, it had a different type of wax guard than the old one so now I have to use this type with my lt ear and the cerustop type that comes in a disc for the right.

Phonak Hearing Aid Wax Guards - also fit Sennheiser All-Day Clear
These are also used for Sennheiser All-Day Clear s/n 2422 and above, they fit perfectly. s/n 2421 and below use CeruShield Disk V2.0 098-0445, these are physically larger, come in the round dispenser and will not fit 2422 units. Sennheiser web site also mentions 098-0445 are for 2421 and below.

The tips are too small to work in my Phonak hearing aids
Despite the same product number my old wax guards that work, this product is simply a different size. They tool does not connect to the existing tips in my Phonak hearing aids so you need the external tool provided in the package to remove the old tip. Their new tip is too small to connect properly to the hearing aid. They are quite inexpensive, but they did not work in my hearing aids.
