I found these bands to be the road to feeling fit when used in a fitness program and I use Will Harlow’s exercises for over 50’s because he is a chartered physiotherapist and the benefits of using these bands was evident within a couple of days. My only complaint is in one of the exercises a band broke, the end clip coming off a band but I was able to repair it.

Came packed well * True to its word. They each have their weight(resistance) on the end. * The stitching is strong as shown in the photos. *There's 2 ankle straps. 2wrist and sponge grips and a door anchor. With a sponge wheel so it won't scratch or mark the paint work on the door. * It has a draw string bag and a little booklet with a couple of diagrams relating to each position. Not all just a few. *All fits nicely in the bag that has a rope/string draw and a toggle. Would definitely recommend this.

I bought these as I only own one dumbbell and I was concerned about getting unevenly ripped and looking like Glenn Quagmire after having just discovered the Internets primary function. I'm quite a big guy so found that even the hardest bands by themselves don't really pose a great deal of resistance but if you put them all on together then they give me something decent to play around with. The benefit of this is that I don't have to be as paranoid about them snapping and injuring me either as the more you put on, the more they distribute the tension between the bands also (so I can't personally comment about their durability given the way that I use them). Individually they seem sturdy but not enough to negate the (perhaps unfounded) paranoia that they are going to snap when you are using them. The biggest down side to these is the handles are made out of quite an abrasive material that keeps sliding over your knuckles. Due to the mechanics of their use they scratch me so much that my knuckles start to develop abrasions after about 20 seconds (I've since started wearing gloves to use these which has helped the problem). I couldn't really decide how to rate these so gave them 3*. I would recommend them but they still have their downsides too.

Great for travelling, I just take one with the handles and gives me the chance to exercise in a hotel room easily.

I bought these resistance bands for strength training as I am a senior and don't particularly want to join the lycra-lithe at the gym. The bands are graded from very light to heavy. I started on the lightest (yellow) but needed to grade up as it was too light but can see that the lightest would be great for someone recovering from an illness, etc. I then started on the red band and used that for some weeks before progressing to the blue band. However, I aim to stay with the blue for a while as they can be tremendously deceptive. You really don't feel as if you are making an impact but, believe me, you are. I have found them easy to use and very flexible and have been following an exercise regime on YouTube specifically designed for my age group. I do prefer the tubes with handles as they seem more stable and don't give you whipped buttocks like the bands do if they slip...... Yes, I have had that experience and it really hurts! I would recommend these for anyone thinking of starting out to getting fit and they seem to have received favourable reviews when comparing them against gym equipment. Easier to use, portable, and the same benefits eventually.

Lo compré para hacer ejercicio en casa los días que no pueda ir al gimnasio o para cuando vaya de viaje. Cuando recibo el paquete me encuentro con los siguientes elementos: - 5 bandas elásticas de diferente elasticidad: Amarilla < Verde < Roja < Azul < Negra. Cada banda dispone de un gancho de anclaje en cada extremo para poder insertar los siguientes accesorios: o 2 empuñaduras de goma y 2 correas para anclar las bandas a nuestros tobillos. o 1 anclaje para enganchar las bandas a una puerta o ventana. - Además, el pack incluye una bolsa para guardar todo el material (muy útil especialmente para llevarlo a cualquier parte contigo) y una guía con algunos ejemplos de ejercicios. - Los materiales parecen resistentes, látex, nylon y metal, las empuñaduras se encuentran recubiertas de un acolchado que las hace realmente cómodas. Si buscas en internet podrás encontrar multitud de ejercicios aparte de los que ya explica en el papel que incluye el kit. ¿Recomendado? Sí, totalmente. Le doy 5 estrellas porque realmente me parece muy buen equipamiento por un precio ridículo.

Resistance seems the same for like all 3 “lower” colours and the “higher” resistance colours aren’t like nearly accurate either. Returned the item immediately. A joke.

Mi alleno spesso coi pesi a casa, ma vivendo in posti diversi per ragioni di studio e avendo un solo set di pesi cercavo qualcosa di leggero da portarmi sempre dietro. Durante la quarantena ho scoperto queste resistance band che hanno rivoluzionato la mia routine di allenamento. Ho propeso per queste per il prezzo (non sapendo se mi ci sarei trovato bene ho comprato le più economiche). Sono di buona fattura e sono ancora integre e non hanno perso resistenza. Ho notato solamente che in alcune si è impressa una piega esattamente a metà, dovuta probabilmente a un mio non corretto utilizzo, ma questa non ha compromesso le caratteristiche di base. Le manopole e i supporti per le caviglie sono comode, l'attrezzo per attaccarle alla porta molto utile. Consigliato per tutti i livelli di preparazione.
