Pretty fun, easy to mess up.
This is a good product that came from the seller exactly as advertised and in perfect working order. It has a Velcro stamp that will attached to pretty much anything so you don’t have to wear the headband they provided. Maybe just get the ball and string ?The product itself is slightly flawed. The string gets wound up while you are hitting it and then will get caught on anything it possibly can like fingers, Velcro straps, ties or anything sticking up. Idk how many times I have had the string catch on my glove straps and come back and hit me in the balls. It’s very very hard to use this without gloves on of some kind as your knuckles will cause the ball to not go straight if not hit perfectly.Fun to use and is cool but you have to be perfect to not get caught up in the string constantly. Protect your goods fellas

Eh, not like advertised.
Watch the video closely, it's tethered but not on a rigid tube ... it's a string and not easy to get the hang of for a 10 year old. Can cause some frustration and breakage in the house so be prepared ... use in an open space.

Love it! Ya,,,,yeeeesssss!
This is a great tool. Better for a true fighter that many expensive tools. If you know how to use a speed bag this will come to you right away. Ya, it will take a little time to get the feel. This is how you want to start: measure string about arm length from shoulder. . Do not cut string! The sting is in a small piece of material, (plastic) Place the plastic thing that holds the string in side the headband. rap it around the ban. It should be just above the bellybutton. Start by tapping it lightly until you get a rhythm going/ A feel. as you bet better you will be able to do it 30 x I had it for a few Hours. I know I will get to the point of continuously non stop. Remember a fighter keeps his head fixed with shoulder chin bent slightly shoulder up slightly. foot work will help. This may be a toy but I remember as a kid in the Gym/ Boxing. there was a couch that took one of those paddle balls & took it off and placed it on a head strap. He had this fight do it until he got it. . Back than this was a cultivated way. This is great to improve form, dex, softness , time, balance of mind.

You get what you paid for.
Pros: It's cheap.Cons: Poorly made and dangerous.Looking to help with my training, I bought this, because it was on sale. You really understand the saying "you get what you paid for," with this product. On the third day of using this, the string tied to the ball broke. No big deal. It shortened the overall length a little bit, but still usable, so tied it and started using it again. This time, it lasted about 6x, before breaking. AGAIN. Went through 4 strings in 4 months. Seriously?!And then there is the issue of not being able to pull the string through the black ball. There's definitely a hole, but it's blocked, so I used a paperclip to clear the way - that goes through, but not the string. After creating a device to tie the string to it and pushing it through, I had to do it all over again and again, because the string keeps breaking and the middle of the hole keeps blocking the string. Each time, you take out a small piece of the ball from the inside. What kind of construction is this? And then, there's the string itself - did a double knot and it undid itself near the head-strap. Weird, so did a triple knot. It worked fine for a bit, but then it comes undone, again. Had to look up the most impossible knot online to make it stop slipping off. To make matters worse, the string has this nasty habit of folding in on itself, and slapping you in the eye hard enough to form a welt. I thought I was suppose to hit the ball, not the line!Overall, this product is dangerous and very poorly made. NEVER AGAIN.
