Make sure methylated
If the type your body specifically needs. I am extremely low on b12 and thought this would be a sure fit for me. Everytime I have taken it has left me with an awful headache. The flavor isn't bad but definitely not award winning. The color of this liquid form is bright red. I am not sure if the color is due to natural elements or if dye is used. The flavor is pretty sweet. Like I said I ended up with terrible headache.
