The product is absolutely the best I've used
I have done 3 IronMan 70.3's with all training on The Edge. The product is absolutely the best I've used. The combination of Potassium, relatively high protein and a good balance of sugar/carbs immediately places it in the top category for fueling on long rides.The Pineapple flavor is also brilliant - not too sweet to make you nauseous, and ideal to consume large quantities without getting irritated with the taste.
