I drive a lot, so comfort is important to me. I was looking for some thing that had heat and lumbar support. This product had both and a massage feature that was an extra plus! It was easy to understand how to work simple and operation and performs exactly as described. Now I can comfortably drive long distances, with heat and massage on my back and lumbar support as well. It would be easy to transfer it to my recliner if I wanted it in the house, or I might buy another one for the same purpose I highly recommend this product needing comfort and support.

I was pleasantly surprised. It is soft and comfortable. The massage and heat have 3 settings each. It goes great on my office chair. Eased my back pain while sitting for long periods.

I have always, like many, suffered from lack of lumbar support in an office chair. Doesn’t matter if it states it has it, it never does. Howe ever, this heated lumbar support pillow has fixed that! I used it for a full eight hours yesterday and I do love how it hugs my lower back. It is easy to add onto any chair. The cord is long enough that it doesn’t snag on my chair or anything. The heat is the perfect amount of heat to keep my lower back feeling good. I don’t love the vibration feature. I tried multiple times throughout the day and couldn’t come around to it. It provides me more comfort without the vibration. I do like the self timer feature. I also like how you can dim the heat if it does become too much for you. Overall, I would recommend this product, and have already to my fellow coworkers.

I purchase this for myself as I work from home and would love to have additional support in my low back. This cushion does a great job, especially with the added heat and massage functionality. It forces me to have better posture and leaves my back feeling much better by the end of the day. I actually do not have back issues, but noticed this made everything feel better so I would recommend this for anyone even if you don’t think you have a back problem my husband is a big video gamer and uses his computer for games. he is also using this when I am not using it and has loved it making gaming more comfortable.

So far I am loving this pillow. It's comfortable, and the heat is a little lower than I am used to but it's still feels really good and helps with lower back pain.The reason this is getting 3 instead of 5 stars is when I got the pillow it told me to email them to register for my warranty, and the email address that I sent it to failed. So let's keep our fingers crossed that this doesn't fail.

I have had a lower back fusion and must use a lumbar cushion. It even feels great in the car. I wish it had a 12 volt plug I could use the heat on the car!

My husband often complains of back pain and uses this on the couch each night for relief. He absolutely loves it…especially the added massage component.
