Incredible value
I'm an IT admin for a Windows network and have bought 8 of these for use in smaller spaces. I've had zero issues with any of them. Before I put them into service, I run a 24-hour hardware test suite on them and I've had zero failures. These are an incredible value.

2nd unit purchased. Both units arrived non-op.
Sad that quality control at Intel/Asus is deteriorated to this point. Purchased to two of these units (one at a time for the same client). Both arrived non-functioning. Wouldn't even boot up to Windows. First unit, I troubleshot with Asus support by disassembling and reseating RAM and SSSD. No improvement and support finally suggested the return. System #2 arrived non-op and I didn't bother to contact support to waste another hour or more going through their process on the phone before suggesting another return.... and delay of waiting 7-10 business days to get my funds back. This system has so much potential. The right case size. A strong brand and great specifications. Great price... but does mean much if it doesn't work and refund takes so long. Sorry Intel, moving on......

1/2 RAM not working.
Box is branded in chinese, likely old stock that got shuffled between markets. Wouldn't boot out of box, removing and trying different combinations of the two RAM modules was faulty. Boots with only one stick and will be seeking name brand ram to replace it with rather than some no name micron sticks with no other branding.

Do not Buy
i bought 14 of this disaster. one Arrived with user/password already setup. Another one the front USB's are not functional. Some has US electrical wire attached outside the box and some has European power cable. i can't return them and Amazon is forcing me to call Intel which I did. They sold the NUC to Azus and they are asking us to call Azus. Called them and basically no support. They just waste our time trying to reset. BAD, very BAD

Support sucks
The computer started rebooting randomly. When I called tech support I found out that NUC has ASUS handling their tech support calls. I called ASUS they tried to troubleshoot over the phone and had me ship the unit back. They shipped a replacement unit that one won't boot. I called again and opened another case and they shipped me another unit and that one will not turn on. I just opened another case and they have escalated it and I am waiting to hear back. I do not recommend buying one of these units.

Lo configure con todos mis datos y configure cuentas y sitios usuales, se actualizo el WIN 11 . Pero luego de funcionar un rato, se bloqueo la panalla y aparecian moviles dibujitos en colores y no me dejo seguir. Apague el equipo y al volverlo a encender, trabajo un rato y nuevo problema. Me indicaron que podia ser una actualizacion del WIN 11 , que produce errores, e intente restaurar el equipo. Miestras se estaba restaurando, se bloqueo otra vez, y a partir de alli no pude avanzar mas. Ya en Argentina lo lleve a un especialesta en INTEL y detecto que las dos memorias d 8 GB fallaban. Eran de una marca LEXAR ?? muy poco conocida Probadas por separado ambas fallaban. Se le colocon una memoria Kingston de 16 GB mas adecuada al producto y aqui esta funcionando
