Works the exact same as the more expensive ones.
I’ve been using this for lunges and lying leg curls. It’s worked great. I’ve had a more expensive version of this and sold it when I had a carpeted area and I would use furniture sliders instead. I recently got rid of the carpet and missed doing those movements and this is an excellent and affordable option to do so. you can also attach bands to it.

Game changer
This is easy to use feet and lay on floor and roll feet back and forth while doing glute bridges. I am blown away by how simple it is to use and how much thigh muscles ache and are getting stronger. Worth every penny I paid for it.

Great value
Comes put together. Super solid! Half the price of competitive models. Feels easy but will work hams very well!

Rollers are not smooth and foot position is uncomfortable
I was excited to finally get one of these but immediately I noticed the rollers are not smooth and are too low to the ground to make really any foot position work for you. Don't think you'll be able to use without shoes on either! Maybe I'm not using it correctly, but it just feels clunky, awkward, and poorly executed. Perhaps if it came with instructions or some sort of guide, these issues could be palliated.

Great rollout, with a small ground clearance
My first impression is that It appears solid, is comfortable to use barefoot, and it rolls nice. The wheels are 2 1/2 inches, and the frame is 2 inches thick. This leaves a 1/4 inch of clearance between the floor and the body. In, my case the body slightly rubs against a low pile carpet adding a slight resistance to the roll. I may prefer the resistance it adds, as it make glute bridges a little harder while making ab rollouts a little easier. I can stand on it with my full body weight and it rolls just fine, so the wheels are good. If I grab the bar for an ab rollout, my fingers will rub against the floor, so I have to keep my fingertips in the V groove which is comfortable. Should the wheels be 3 inches thick? Maybe, but I think this one is great.
