Hello everyone, I have been SUFFERING from anxiety. Have you ever experienced the out of body feeling , you feel your head super hot , pain on either right or left side in my case right side , feet numb feeling, feeling like everything is moving when in reality nothing is moving , feeling like you can’t speak ? I have had heart test done, mri and thank god everything is okay. Just to be safe I have a neurologist appointment to make sure I don’t have anything wrong with my nerves or anything just to be 100% sure. Since I've started taking this product I've noticed I'm more calm and much less angry.

I suffer from anxiety and depression. This product alleviates my symptoms. It helps me throughout the day to keep calm and focused. I have tried many different types of supplements with varied levels of success. This one works and I recommend it to anyone with my symptoms.

This product seems to work for a lot of people, but unfortunately for me it caused fidgety restlessness, brain fog, difficulty carrying on a conversation, and major anxiety. I think I’ll stick to L-theanine & CBD oil. Really bummed out how this made me feel. :(

did not notice any difference. there wasn't any mental clarity, calming effect or regulation of mood. I could have taken a multivitamin and had the same effect. Which is what I withheld while taking product. again disappointed.

This product helps with sleep, and also helps me stay asleep to get a full night's sleep.
