So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

This stuff is a miracle worker! It will get the stain and smell out. I gave some to my mother in law who had an elderly cat that would pee on the carpet next to the litter box and it removed the smells and stains! Now please note this does NOT stop the pet from going in that spot because it’s not a deterrent! We use this stuff to clean everything now in the house because it smells great and isn’t over powering like most cleaners. I got this originally because we had a new puppy and baby so poop and pee were everywhere!!! I buy this stuff all the time to clean. It’s totally safe around my kids and animals. I also love that it doesn’t leave a residue after using it as well.

Definitely does what it says it will do. It not only smells lemony, it does an excellent job of removing cat feces and pee odor from carpet. You can't just pour it on the spot and think it's going to get the odor out instantly, because it doesn't. I pour it on the spot ( I actually saturate the area with water and this) after I get up the crap then leave it on the spot for a while. I pair this with the oxygen cleaner. There isn't any stickiness after you rinse it off the carpet. Just freshness! I mix them in my carpet machine. They work great together. Talk about a super clean and fresh smelling scent that they leave. I've used several different enzyme products that didn't remove the odor. This does. Give it a try if you haven't. I think you will be pleased with the results. Definitely worth the money.

I got this for cat pee due to my cats continuously peeing on the sofa. It worked really well getting what I assume was the scent left in the middle of the cushion that I could not longer smell. Unfortunately, though the smell is pleasant in small doses when using it for sofas/mattresses it gets really powerful, I had to crack a window and clear the room. It worked very well for my drain which I did not even know it could do until I got the bottle! Shower drain was backed up and we had tried DrainO, boiling water, etc. When I saw that this could be poured down drains to help clean it out I figured it couldn't make things any worse. After the first day pouring about 1/2 a cup in the shower it started draining faster, after 3 days it started draining good as new.

I absolutely love this ! My favorite so far. I have had my house LV flooring for 5 years and all cleaners have been hit or miss including vinegar and water mix. It barely takes any for my water bucket and the mop leaves no streaks with this product. It is great for a house with pets or if you like a sterile clean house with a clean smell but no over powering. I will buy this over and over . I have room dedicated to my pets with pads for accidents. When they sometimes miss over the mat , I mop. Cleans any urine smell and leaves so fresh and dries so quick! Please don’t stop selling this product !

I use this product (and the spray version) because my husband is now disabled and cannot use the toilet. This keeps his urinals and PureWick reservoir clean, stain-free, and odorless. It removes any debris or crystals on those items when others care for him and don’t rinse the items properly. If there are spills (food, urine, or other), on our floors, it cleans them well and, again, leaves the surface and therefore the room free of odors. It is excellent for cleaning the diaper pail as well. Basically, it has allowed our home to remain smelling like a home and not a nursing home or poorly-kept nursery.

This stuff takes the stinky sink smell out. It doesn’t just mask it, it actually solves the issue deep in the pipes. I have poured it shoved everything I have comes across to treat it. This stuff not only solved the issue, but it smells like fresh cut floral greens. I wish they made more home cleaning products. Great value do the money. I wish the spout was funnels so it doesn’t splash so much when hovering over the drain. But, it’s a minor inconvenience that is easily outweighed by the benefits.
