Simple, but useful
Beautiful, quality item. Works like it's supposed to work.

Looks great but overpriced
Just like the title says. It does what it's supposed to do, and it looks great. BUT, it's so darn expensive for what it is and the material it's made out of. I'm going to ignore the price, otherwise I'd rate it 3 stars at the very best. That's how bad the price is. If this is free, it's 5 stars.

Great Kohler product!
This soap dispenser is a great look at our sink instead of a dispenser sitting on the counter. Matches our Kohler sink.

Overpriced for quality
Looks and feels cheap for the price. I bought only to complement a faucet from the same product line - would have returned it if not for that.

Better quality than “generic, off the shelf” replacements.
Bought this when I had to replace my generic Home Depot dispenser after the spout broke off and sliced my hand open. Had to wait to install it until the stitches in my hand came out. It’s easy to install, but you do need an extra set of hands to hold the top, while you’re tightening things below the sink. The dispenser seems to be well made, of a heavier, better quality metal. The spout comes out below the top of the pump handle so when you press down for the soap, you are not pushing down on the spout itself, like you are on many of the other designs. It is fillable from the top and has a nice large bottle for the soap. My only negative comment would be, at this price point, (over $80) , the fitting connecting things under the sink should be made of metal instead of plastic.
