I have purchased Astro headsets for about 10 years now. I have owned multiple A10’s but always purchased them from big brand name stores. I upgraded to an A30 and don’t really have any complaints about that headset. Because before this I have loved Astro for the quality and reliability. If I was getting an Astro headset I knew it was gonna be good (or so I thought). I got this headset as a backup for when my A30 is charging. When I received this headset it was just in a clear plastic bag, which had already raised my suspicion because I have many Astro headsets and none of them have arrived without an official Astro box. I went and actually double checked my amazon and I did indeed buy this brand new. I plugged it in and only the right headphone was working. I know the cord can be a little hard to get in but it was definitely all the way plugged in, I could hear it click. I’m Just really disappointed in the direction Astro has gone with quality. The headset not only doesn’t work but feels so much cheaper than my A10 from 6 years ago.

Solid headset for your kids, but not for guys with big heads like me. My nephew loves them.

My original review was a bad one because I received a defective headset , but Amazon is amazing when it comes to returns! My replacement just came in two days after requesting a return . The replacement headset works as intended and I’m happy with my product. As an Amazon employee, this is the service I expected 🙏🏽

They were really nice head-phone's until the left speaker randomly stop working or at least went very quiet. There was nothing I could do to fix it sadly, but for the 3-4 months they were working they were pretty nice.

It’s kinda small. My head isn’t enormous and my ears are actually smaller than average I think. But this thing is pretty tight on my head and the cups are snug around my ears. It’s fine for short plays but if you play a while it gets uncomfortable. Should be fine for kids (smaller than anverage adult)though. Also the cord is ridiculously long but a bread tie or cable tie is a quick easy fix. Nice quality construction though even though the bass seems a smidge light but not terribly off.

Got these as a gift for someone who streams live feed. Have been told that they work great.

Don't bother....not sent in original packaging & the microphone didn't work.Waste of money.Had to order a different headset days before Xmas.
