To use to pick you up if you are not feeling great.
Does have a lovely, creamy texture. Tastes lovely too , very strawberry which I picked to try. I will be trying more flavours soon.

I was so excited to try this, but honestly it's awful. Couldn't even finish it.

Very medicinal taste, could not drink as too sweet, even the smell put me off. Shame, felt like I wasted my money

Excellent product for the elderly, especially after they have been in hospital or lack of appetite. Full of extra vitamins.Lots of different flavours.

needs diluting with something
I dilute with sugar free lemonade then it tastes really nice, slight after taste but nothing too drastic. Great when food is a big problem
