Sturdy
This rack drains so well and fits right under the kitchen cabinets. It gets a little dirty at times but is easily cleanable. Very sturdy and can organize everything on it. Does not hold pots/pans well but I have a mat off on the side to lean them against. Overall very pleased.

Looks great on my countertop
It looks really great on the counter. I had a tough time getting the drain pipe on correctly but once I got it, it works great- just be sure it is positioned over the sink. I have hard(ish) water so have to rinse it with CLR a couple of times a year. But I’ve had it more than a year and haven’t seen any rust yet- I really don’t feel like it will because the coating is very good quality

Decent upgrade if you have a small kitchen and basic dish rack.
This dish rack is really nice and pretty much exactly as described. I would say I wanted it to be a little larger, but I got this one because as you can see in my before/after pics, my old dish rack was a basic dollar store rack with draining tray, so I had very little actual space for wet dishes. This one takes up the same amount of space as the whole draining tray under my old rack, but 100% of this rack is available to put wet dishes, plus it has the upper rack to place even more dishes. The item is sturdy and I’m not worried about dishes on the top tier falling or being unsteady, however I still only put small to medium sized plates and bowls up there just to be safe, and so that I can still open my cabinet that is situated right behind it. I do have two criticisms: 1. While the little drain flute thing underneath is a good way to drain water right into the sink and allows you to orient the rack in any direction you want, it was extremely difficult for me do actually connect it to the bottom of the tray as directed in the instructions. I had to basically stretch/bend the piece to fit onto and attach to the bottom of the tray. And I had to use a concerning amount of force to snap it on. But I did manage to get it attached, as you can see. My other criticism is 2. The hanging silverware holder does not have holes in the bottom to drain any water that drips down off of any utensils. It’s just a solid plastic bucket basically that’s divided into three. I am actually pretty bothered by that, but because I like the rack overall, I am going to keep it. But I am considering drilling some small holes into the bottom of the utensil holder to facilitate drainage from wet silverware. Overall I am pleased with this rack, but I would say to measure your space to be sure this is as big as you want it to be. I wish it was a bit larger, but I just didn’t look at the dimensions carefully enough so that’s on me. If you have a small kitchen and need a compact rack that maximizes available space for dishes, this one is sturdy, designed well, and is a reasonable product for the price. It’s definitely an upgrade from my ultra-basic dollar store rack that I used before.

Spacious, sturdy, and perfect for keeping my kitchen organized!
I’m so happy with this dish rack! It looks great on my counter and holds a lot more than I expected. Super easy to put together, very sturdy, and no rust at all. The water tray keeps everything clean and dry exactly what I needed!

MASSIVE CAPACITY AND A GENIUS DRAINAGE SYSTEM
DESIGN AND BUILD QUALITY The Sakugi Dish Drying Rack is a beast in the best way possible. The matte black finish looks incredibly sleek on my granite counters, and the X-Large 2-tier design uses vertical space perfectly. It is made of high-grade stainless steel that feels solid and hasn't shown a single speck of rust even with constant water exposure. INSTALLATION Assembly was surprisingly simple. Everything snaps together securely, and it feels very stable even when the top rack is fully loaded with heavy dinner plates. It fits perfectly under my standard-height cabinets while still leaving enough room to easily place bowls on the bottom level. PERFORMANCE AND STORAGE The capacity is impressive. I can easily fit a full dinner service for a family of four, including bulky pots and pans on the bottom and up to 15+ plates on top. THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM: This is the best feature. The 360-degree swivel spout actually directs water straight into the sink, so I don't have to deal with gross standing water on a drying mat anymore. ACCESSORIES: The dedicated cutlery holder and cutting board attachment are super helpful for keeping the counter clutter-free. PROS: Huge Capacity: Two tiers allow you to dry twice as many dishes in the same footprint. Auto-Drainage: The swivel spout keeps the counter bone-dry. Rust-Proof: Durable stainless steel that is easy to wipe clean. Sturdy: Non-slip feet keep it from sliding around when fully loaded. CONS: Size: It is definitely X-Large, so make sure you measure your counter space first! Assembly: While easy, it takes about 10 minutes to get everything snapped together correctly. FINAL VERDICT If you have a busy kitchen and are tired of drying mats taking up all your counter space, this Sakugi rack is a game-changer. It is stylish, functional, and built to last.
