Superb product ..very usefull for back pain

Heating is even, fabric matrial is very good. Elastic is strong.

There is no high temperature- auto cut off, aka, a thermostat doesnt exist and therefore, if left unattended, this can burn mattresses or cloths and could pose a serious risk. Another factor is the button design: 0(off),1,2,3 and in series and there is no tactile feeling difference while moving from 1 to 0 and therefore, while sleeping/sleepy a person could easily move this to high instead of off and vice versa without looking. This device requires high attention while operating. Cord length is sufficient. Quality is moderate. Design is poor. Price is fine. I recently burned a hotel mattress because i thought i turned it off but it went into 3. Luckily there was no fire that started, it just melted the mattress.

Not worth Rs.1090 which they have charged me, the product quality looks very cheap. I hope the product last for even 6 months.
