They are different every batch but last one I received states, "best by 04/2019."

How many milligrams of elemental zinc is in this?

Is says the mg on the bottle. Are you too lazy to look for it!

what is the size of these tablets? are they too big to swallow?

If too big for you to swallow, they can be broken in half. I do it with my hands all the time. Then, take each half separately.
