Healing "Auto-Immune" Diseases: The Gerson Way

Had six abscesses in my intestines due to dentists and doctors overprescribing antibiotics first for an infection in my jaw from a tooth then another 11 rounds of antibiotics including vancomycin that just about did me in. The doctors messed up big time. I was in the hospital they did a test for CDEF It came back positive but it was colonized not infection The vancomycin which they should have never given me narrowed my intestines and I was puking for 4 days straight in the hospital. This was on top of everything else I had going on. Our medical system is so bass akwards it’s crazy. They wanted to remove my entire colon I told them screw you and walked out of the hospital after a two week stay. I hunted for answers for a few days and everything pointed to the crap food in this country. I talked with friends and one gave me a recommendation for the Gerson therapy it saved his dads life from cancer. I was 215 pounds at 6’2” and in great shape. I got down to 129 pounds skin and bones my brain wasn’t working I couldn’t eat I was dizzy I was blacking out i had fevers constantly I was on my last leg. I got private DNA testing done with some information I learned from a natural path and IG testing to see what causes inflammation in my body. I cut out all foods that cause inflammation with that information which was a mile long.as well as started the Gerson diets. I went on the gerson diet for three months I start to finally feel a little bit better but ultimately took about eight or nine months for me to heal enough to start gaining some weight again. It was the hardest thing I have ever done but it worked I’m gaining weight I feel good my biome in my intestines is building. I am starting to be able to eat normal food again. My last visit to the hospital I actually had an obstruction after I ate a bunch of food I was clogged up and they did more tests and imaging I went from having six abscesses two of them very large that were threatening my colon and life. my last hospital visit when I had the obstruction I was down to one abscess that was clogging me up and they gave me some barium it cleaned me out along with the abscess so what happened was the abscess basically popped and clogged my intestines. Gross I know. The doctors won’t admit to it but the Gerson therapy allowed my body to heal along with the DNA testing to stop causing more inflammation in my body it push that abscess out. The doctors came in the surgeon came in and they said I don’t know how you did it but you’re very lucky and I and I said you know what it is this is all because the same people that teach you are the same people that are selling the drugs. So disgusted with doctors They just wanna cut things out and fill you with drugs. It doesn’t have to be that way The Gerson therapy saved my life with no drugs and no surgery. I couldn’t recommended more I feel great I’m getting exercise and gaining weight I’m getting my life back thank you Gerson

This is a small informational booklet with case studies from patients who have used the Gersten therapy to heal. It also has some information on how to modify the therapy for nonmalignant conditions. This is a supplement to the book Healind the Gerson Way. I found the information in the booklet very helpful.

this works. I tried it myself and every coffee enema made progress and every juice I made helped even though I didn't have the strength to wash the juicer for hours after, living alone at 76. Now at 78 I'm working on getting my strength back. Try it. This is the food God made for us not the food in boxes and cans that man has tampered with. This is a pamphlet with example case studies and short explanations for the curious of The Gerson Therapy. It is a segue for any of Charlotte or Max Gerson's published books.

Drugs do not heal. They may mask the problem, but they add to the toxic burden of the body. To heal you must detoxify the body and provide it with the best nutrients possible. This is just what the Gerson therapy does. I bought this to loan to friends who have autoimmune diseases. One friend is taking chemotherapy, which is very toxic. This little booklet is one way to show her a healthier approach to healing herself. Thank you for making information about healthy approaches to healing available.

This is not what I expected and a repeat of all the information you can read in the other Gerson books. It was not at all helpful to me in gauging if what I was experiencing was a normal part of the process. Not enough detail on peoples actual experiences, what they went through while trying to cure their autoimmune disease with the Gerson Therapy.
