Refurbed. Functional. Great Customer Service
Love the chair. You can't go wrong with a Herman Miller for support and if anything, I like this better than the Aeron I've used in the office because it feels like it adjusts better to my size- and yes I was using the right size of Aeron, but it was a 'B' and I was definitely on that lower boundary. Seller was excellent. I had an issue with the gas cylinder to raise/lower the chair and they sent a replacement as soon as I brought it to their attention. Otherwise in great shape: minor scuffing around feet, one broken link in the weave of the seat. Chair arrived clean and without any odor.

Bad hydraulic, seat won't stay up!Broken handle, one of the plastic handles came broken.Stained seat, there are several small stains on the mesh.Trying to return, but even that's a pain with this purchase.We ended up buying a new chair since this refurbished one us so awful.

Chair arrived damaged. Looked used. No instructions
A $600 chair was delivered a week late. The chair arrived damaged, no instructions and packaging was terrible. No padding. No labels. I honestly believe this was a used chair and sold as new.
