5/5 I would highly recommend this product!Bought this to replace the HDDs in both my PS3 Slim and PS4 Slim and it works perfectly. There are loads of videos online about how to do the swap and it is super easy, all you need is a screwdriver and a spare USB memory stick. The larger capacity greatly improves on the original HDDs and I have noticed a significant improvement in speed and boot time.

My laptop became so slow it was unusable with HDD utilisation at 100% for ages, even a new HDD did not resolve the problem. Purchased the KingSpec 1TB SSD drive and easily installed it. It's only been a few days now but it has totally transformed the laptop with fast boot ups, loads programs faster and overall operations greatly improved with disk utilisation now low. Overall very pleased with purchase so far.

The SSD performs well, noting significant improvements in boot and application response times, and appreciate its excellent value for money and reliable quality. The drive is easy to install, provides extra storage space, and offers a perfect fit. But it failed after a week of use that stop working not showing in windows my Laptop. And I order another SSD to used. This device I used first time. Better then Hard drive.I am not sure its technical fault or user error.

Have only just installed as a replacement for anode hdd, so far working perfectly. It is fast and so far, I haven’t had any issues. For the price it’s fine for my needs.

I recently purchased the KingSpec 2TB 2.5" SATA III SSD and I'm extremely impressed with its performance. Unfortunately I was not able to get this SSD drive to be recognised as the boot device on a MacBook Pro mid 2012 i7 . It appeared to have been formatted and the necessary partition & table Mac compatible information displays in disk manager, proceeded to do an internet recovery as per the Apple instructions on the official website. When the MacBook performs it's first automated reboot during the process it does not proceed with the next installation steps. It hangs on a white screen after the first boot chime sound and the folder logo alternating with the error sign and gives an apple error code which when looked up on apple support gives the answer, no boot device . Restarting the machine back into the recovery system and disk manager it has no partitions appearing.It works perfectly fine if you carry out a Windows 10 or 11 installation via USB and installs smoothly if you end the installation with a pre downloaded Apple bootcamp driver install program.It performed well under moderate use on the Windows 10 Mac installation. Quick file transfers and super good web browsing and documentation opening and so on.A decent price and a shame it's not early MacBook compatible.
