I have been using these on my new induction hob for a week now and I have to say they are working well. They have protected the hob from scratchings and so far haven't ended up with burnt food stuck to the hob. Will have to see what happens when something boils over 😱.They definitely don't slide or slip which is great. I can also easily peak them off to wipe down and clean. Overall I am very happy to have them.

This is a very simple product which really works well. Pots and pans heat up as normal but you have the peace of mind of avoiding chips and scratches on the glass induction hob surface. You just wipe it down whenever you need to, or if it really gets in a mess, peel it off and put it in the dishwasher. It was easy to cut to size so as to expose the control buttons.

I bought this induction hob protector as it claims to be translucent but you can't see anything through it at all. It also claims to effectively conduct heat and so allow pans to work as usual but it clearly stops a lot of the heat from getting through so it takes a much longer time to boil a pan of water and to fry you have to set the heat higher. It therefore, presumably, uses more electricity as it reduces the efficiency of the induction hob.

I really liked the way it looks and works. There is no difference in cooking with or without it. I feel its much safer to use this cover even though the induction top is in itself safer to use compared to gas burner.The only thing I would have liked is to buy the transparent sheet as you can see in the pic that i had to cut the piece of the sheet lying over the induction top switches.You can might be able to see the patch on ine side due to it’s excessive use. Underneath it may leave some marks but that can be easily cleaned with Glass cooktop cleaner and polish. I use Weiman’s which I bought from Amazon.It’s perfect in size to my 4 burner induction top.No chance of slipping on this mat.Easy to use and easy to clean. Haven’t tried cleaning though in the dishwasher yet.And definitely value for money.

Love this item. Due this cover it extends use of my counter space. I use it while cooking too as saves hob marking or scratches & sliding of pots. Only have it near a week but totally happy with this cover.

We bought this to project the glass induction hob in the new house we have bought and to try and keep the dust and scratches to a minimum.It works well, as in you can use your pans through it so don't have to remove it every time but after a few weeks of persevering we have taken it off as you can't see where the hot plates are through the mat! It was pot luck and you keep having to move the pan around to find the centre of the hot plate.We need to look for another solution.

We have used this for over a month now and found it is so useful. It means you can put objects on the unused hobs and not fear scratching the hob itself. Also it makes space for putting things on when you are not using the hob. We're so glad we tried this out.
