Does what it says
I've used this product probably 10x so far, and I've only had it a week. It works well. I plan my eating schedule, so what I do is just plug this in, and put the food in there, and within 30-45 min the food is hot, almost too hot to consume right away (not in a bad way).So far, I've tried products that are frozen, and meals prepped the day before at home. I've tried frozen burritos, spaghetti, enchiladas, frozen mini pizzas, and they all cooked well, even, and it did make the food taste better than having it in the microwave. It gives it a different taste, it doesn't taste soggy, or greasy like you get from microwaving. The only bad I can come up with is the size. It is pretty small vertically. Pick up a couple wide containers for this. Tall ones will work, but you won't be able to zip the top over the containers, and I feel it takes away some of the heating when you can't fully zip the lid to help trap the heat.I ended up getting the 3 year protection plan just in case something happens, I work on the highway and I expect this to get tossed around a lot during my work days. Looking forward to putting it through the ringer more extensively this year.

Perfect for EMT’s!
This is an outstanding product. This is the answer to eating warm meals at work in a busy 911 system. I was tired of eating and meal prepping cold sandwiches, leaving food at restaurants when calls drop, and getting cleared from hospitals while my food is in the microwave.I finally gave this try when my partner had his own. He always had warm meals ready when he was hungry. He let me use it on shift heating my left overs from last night. The left overs were so delicious and I was so impressed I bought my own.Since then I’ve been less hangry at work, less burnt out, and always looking forward to my warm tasty meal.I primarily use it at work and use it to heat up my prepped meals, leftovers, and lean cuisine dinners. I plug it in at the start of my shift and my food is good to go by the time I’m hungry. The size of it fits my needs. I usually have a lean cuisine at the bottom and then my dinner in another container just above it. Both items heats up nicely. I eat the bottom meal first because it makes contact with the heating plate.Overall I recommend it to anyone who meal preps and is in this line of work.

This thing works!
When you work in the woods in winter, the one thing you really want is a hot lunch. When I got this thing, I had my doubts; it's a hotplate with a bag around it, but the first time I used it, I was VERY impressed. I used a glass bottomed dish for my lunch, though they say you can use plastic too, and left it in my work vehicle for a couple of hours. The HotLogic bag got my food way hotter than sticking on the dash in the sun (my previous method) and it was quite warm and very welcome on a cold early spring day! Thank you!! I will definitely be recommending it to my coworkers (we are all in the same boat). Thank you for this awesome product!

love it
I am so happy that a friend told me about this product. I drive most of the time and this way I can have a hot lunch. The first trial was soup, and it was perfect. the charger is durable and the wipe clean hot plate is so easy. Anyone who drives a lot or spends time in the office and wants a hot lunch without having to wait for the microwave this is for you. mine is for the car, but it can also be plugged into a regular plug in. It doesn't take long really to have a hot meal.. Now I can save money and still have a hot meal- works great with tv dinners, lean cuisine, soup, and left overs

Great for farming
I take frozen prepped meals with me during busy season, they cook all morning. I unplug to let cool down before enjoying. Doesn’t work if you leave it in your truck instead of putting it in your tractor 😄 keeps me healthy while working long hours!

Warm meal for Truckers!
I’m a trucker so this is great to have a warm meal on the road. It works great HOWEVER the zipper feels cheap and keeps getting caught around the corners and wished the walls were a little more sturdier to hold its shape. Like I said, it works great but I have to be REALLY gentle with the zipper for fear of it breaking off. Also, it had a weird smell after your meal is warm, the smell doesn’t penetrate your food but its definitely noticeable when you unzip it when its warm. I honestly want to give it 3 stars due to the zipper and smell but it does its main purpose well.

It is just great
I tried it only once so far since I don't travel that often. But hotlogic saved me big time. I froze baked sweet potatoes and baked chicken thigh with the skin on and heated it up in hotlogic. I think it took around an hour to thaw and heat it up so it was hot and perfect for dinner. To me, it is well worth the price and I will definitely take it with me next time when I travel. I did not realize that I bought the one that can be plugged only in the car, so I think that I will purchase another one so I can use it in the hotels.

this thing gets hot
I bought this to keep my drill batteries warm while Ice Fishing. it works great, but the warming plate gets so hot I have to wrap them in a kitchen towel. I'm thinking about getting a larger one so I can also heat my lunch. I run it off my 30 amp Lithium fish finder battery via a 12v cigarette lighter socket.
