I did not believe I could buy redwood seeds.
Lumber corporations stripped California of 96% of the pre-Colombian redwoods. How did that affect the weather of California? I often walk in mountains where I see melt-off flow continue as long as August and September. I will sprout seedlings, then go far off trail and plant the seedlings. Perhaps I can start a fad -- people willing to invest in the future forests they will never see.

Just Received, not convinced yet.
The media could not be loaded. These seeds don't look anything like the redwood seed pictures I am seeing throughout the internet searches. They are cone shaped, and symetrical almost like a tiny walnut. I will be cold stratifying them which is recommended on most germination instructions found online. I will follow-up to report on germination in a few months. However, I am not convinced these are actually California Costal Redwood Seeds.
