Toro! Toro! Paperback – June 4, 2007

This is the fifth book I have purchased from this author. I learned things about the Spanish Civil War that I had not known. It is a rather short story, and not my favorite, but I would recommend it anyway. Kit T.

My ten year old son read this book because he read and enjoyed War Horse he said this book was a good story.

This is a nther great book to teach from especially in Spain where I am. The book arrived in good condition and I expect lots of children will love it!

I gave a 5 star rating because I thought it was a magnificent story about a young boy named Antanito and his young bull Paco. It is set mainly in Sauceda in Spain but also in other part of Spain. It is a thrilling book and I would recommend it to children 9+

I love, love love this author. His books are so exciting and can be a little sad to. Excellent for grade 3 and upwards. My son who is in fourth grade loves his books. I read them aloud and my Kindergardener is glued to them.We have about ten of his books through a friend's recommendation. Everyone should have them . Great read even for adults!

Author is excellent. Story compelling and so well told and written. Kept us wanting to read more and more. Fabulous

I did find this a good easy read. Well told and I did enjoy it, perhaps not one of his best but as usual well worth reading!
