Q: My wife bought me this bag as a present but unfortunately one of the front clasps has somehow fallen off. Is it possible to get a replacement?

My experience with this product and the business selling these products has been very good. Do get in touch with the company and, depending on the time of order, your statutory right is not compromised. If the product has been purchased a while ago, every good cobbler can replace a clasp of this kind. Elsbeth

Q: Does this bag smell? I've seen reviews for similar leather bags what say they have an awful odour from the tanning process.

The one I've had for 2-3 years now smelled quite nicely of leather when it came, but that's now faded. I can highly recommend this bag, it's been around the world with me and all I do its treat it to a bit of leather nourisher once in a while to stop it drying out and cracking. Very soft, good quality leather.

Q: Is there branding on the outside of bag?

There is no obnoxious branding on the bag. It looks good in whatever form you would use this bag. I love it. It is well padded and has a loop for a laptop, spacious enough for school, college, work. The best purchases I made for this kind of product. Rev Gabsi

Q: Is the zipable compartment on the back of the 18 inch version big enough to take A4 size documents?

yes by height just by depth - it’s not very deep so only a few sheets, else they’ll get dog eared. Good bag though.
