WOW buy it! I did a lot of research on pillows for head and neck - ultimately went with this one because I wanted a standard pillow case to be able to go on top of the pillow. I just spent my first night on it and my entire body feels better - from my hips and back and most notably my neck! I woke up twice last night and couldn’t believe how good my head felt and almost cried but instead just went right back to sleep. For the price and the comfort I am blown away! Great value, plush and full of pain relief!

This pillow provides good support to my neck while sleeping on my back, preventing numbness in my arm from my pinched nerve in my neck. I still can’t sleep on my side well yet, but it is better.

I bought this to help with TMJ issues and neck misalignment, which had induced severe somatic tinnitus in my left ear that I was waking up with every day. It was torture and I was falling into a deep depression from this. The first night after sleeping with this pillow I did not wake up with tinnitus. I'm so thankful for it honestly, it gave me a new lease on life because I felt hopeless and miserable before then.In terms of the pillow itself, I like how there are two different heights to choose from, which gives it a more customized fit to your neck. It stays cool and it feels balanced between soft and firm. I was not bothered by the smell of the pillow, it's not strong compared to some other memory foam products I've purchased before. I like the honeycomb like pillowcase also, it has a nice texture. All in all, it feels very supportive.The only problem I have run into, which is no fault of the pillow itself, is that I'm getting lower back pain now when I wake up. But this is due to my bad mattress not being able to compensate for my new sleeping posture. Once that is taken care of, everything will be perfect!

I purchased this pillow for me, but it's little too high and it gave me a neckache after sleeping on it for a few hours............BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS - I asked my wonderful husband if he'd like to try it and because he's taller and his neck is a bit longer, HE LOVED IT!!!! He sleeps like a baby on it and that made me very happy, especially since he had neck surgery a few years ago and THIS pillow treated him better then the other pillows he has tried!!So for that reason I am giving it FIVE STARS!!

Honest review. Provides some neck support. However does NOT have cooling effect. I would not recommend it over less expensive brand. I really tried it for as long as I could as I really wanted it to work for me. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by one day. Otherwise, I would return it.

A brief bit of background, as I think pillows are more user specific than most items. I'm a 6'0" male, with fairly wide shoulders. (Yes, an actual 6'0", and no, I'm nothing special. Just your average middle aged pudgy dude.)I generally sleep on my side, and because of my shoulders, most pillows aren't tall enough. This one is better than most, though I am using a wafer thin regular pillow beneath it. What truly shocked me is I can sleep on my back using this pillow. That's never been the case, both from a comfort and respiration perspective. It's a winner for me!

I'm actually going to write a review for this. Umm.. now listen, pillows are very personal. What works for someone else, may not work for you. But.... this is a damn good pillow. I've been on a pillow spree for the last few years. 20+ pillows? I have some neck issues from occipital neuralgia so when it hits, it's serious. Anyway, I don't detect smell, maybe just a little 'new' smell, if any. It comes wrapped in plastic foil. You unfold it and it expands in seconds. I was worried it'd be too big, but no. It goes into a standard pillowcase with ease (this is the larger pillow size). As someone noted... it feels firm and soft at once. It is supportive and I'd use the word 'delicate'. Very pleasant to the touch and on the neck. After first night and a morning nap, my neck feels rested and relaxed. I had to use pain meds two times in a week before this. So... I don't know how long the pillow will last and doesn't deflate, but at this price, it definitely is worth trying.
