The base for an impressive meal
I have tried Tricoloured couscous (which is great), as well as a normal shop brand couscous but nothing is as good as this Pearl Couscous. Taste just like pasta. You can really make any dish with it whatsoever. I enjoy mine with a pasta sauce (like tomato & basil) and Feta cheese. It is good hot or cold. And it is cooked in like 6 minutes

States Gluten Free in description but it is not Gluten free, it says it contains Gluten.

Not gluten free - change the misleading description, Amazon!
Really nice couscous (to be fair), but we bought it for a family member who is Coeliac on the basis of the description. Which was incorrect. Because the first ingredient on the list is wheat. So.....duh! Feels a bit like money wasted so please change the misleading description for the benefit of those with intolerances or diseases, Amazon!
Boil 1 litre of slightly salted water in a medium saucepan. Add ½ pack (125g) Pearl Couscous and simmer for 11-12 minutes. Drain excess water and use hot or allow to cool and use warm or cold.
