This is so good.
I bought this right before a flight. It was honestly AMAZING. It stops your neck from being sore completely, it feels so much better than without it. It supports the neck to stop it from crinking. It is also so comfortable, it is completely black inside it, feels great, and retains absolutely no heat. It doesn't even press against your eyes, so you barely feel it. It is simple to install, you just need to snap a few clips and you're done. It even works in the car, you just need to adjust it a little. As long as I had it it worked perfectly, it held it's shape and is overall good quality. I think that it is a good deal for the cost, I loved it.

1+ Year Later and still the best plane travel item I’ve bought.
TL;DR:Used this on multiple international and domestic trips—total game changer for in-flight sleep. Best with a neck pillow for support. Slightly awkward when not in use, and car seat compatibility varies, but for planes it’s a 10/10 must-have.Full Review:I fly to Asia once a year and regularly take 3–5 hour domestic flights, and this strap + eye mask combo has completely changed the way I sleep while traveling. It keeps my head upright and reduces that awkward head-bob jerk when you nod off. That said, I definitely recommend pairing it with a neck pillow—my first time using it solo caused a bit of neck strain. One funny thing: I wish it came with a little tag that says “wake me for food” because it blocks out everything so well, I almost missed a meal. It’s easy to strap to airplane seats, and setup/takedown is simple. When not in use, it can flop around unless you tuck or strap it down—so I usually just take it off during meals or when I’m awake. That part is a bit tedious, but not a dealbreaker. It easily fits into a backpack or you can tie it around something. It’s about 7inx5in but it’s malleable so you squeeze it in somewhere if needCar use is hit or miss. Some headrests work, others don’t. I tried a workaround I saw in another review, but it didn’t feel right for my head and seat shape. Still, I bought this for planes, and for that use alone it’s 10/10.

Works way better than you’d think
Tested this on two 13+ hour flights. You do look a little odd with this on, but honestly considering you are strapping yourself to the seat, it’s a lot better than I expected. Will this turn any flight into an opportunity for beauty sleep? No. Both flights were in economy, and while I woke up having comfortably taken a nap (more than I can say for any other flight I’ve been on outside of one I booked on points in lie-flat business), You are being essentially held upright in place. That’s not how I sleep. It may be how you sleep, so your results may vary. This does compact nicely, so I was able to store it in my carry on travel backpack even when paring it down. Do you look a little goofy setting this up? Yes. But if you’re at the point of reading reviews for this, you’re probably willing to take some glances in exchange for shut eye.My only concern is the Velcro on the eye mask. It is SUPER aggressive. I worry that it’ll get weaker over time, and because that’s the only part keeping you in your head harness, you probably don’t want that to happen. Travel warriors, keep this in mind. How does it work? You will want to make sure you have enough room to tinker with the entire top of your headrest, but it’s pretty quick to set up.You have to:(1) tuck either side of the back of the foam band to the wings of the seat headrest(2) Pull the straps to secure so your head will stay in place(3) Attach the (aggressive) Velcro eye mask to either side of the memory foam band so your head will be comfy(4) Slide into the band ring / eye mask contraption, Repeat and adjust steps 2-3 until you’ve set yourself up for a nice rest

Works just as pictured! Great rest on an overnight flight.
Purchased this for a red-eye overseas flight, hoping to be able to get some decent sleep, as we wanted to hit the ground running when we arrived in the morning. It folds up easily into the provided carry bag. It's solid, but not terribly heavy, so was easy to stow in my carry-on backpack. It really does work just as pictured. It attached securely to the adjustable head rest on our Lufthansa flight. Then the eye mask portion velcros to the main part. Kept my head very secure in place even while asleep. No sore neck. Only "downsides" were that the velcro was a little loud when I needed to adjust it (sorry, fellow travelers!) it's a bit warm since it goes all the way around your head and is padded, and the whole set up does leave you with some "helmet hair." I felt it was worth it to be comfortable and rested on my trip.

Game changer for Long Flights and Road Trips
This sleeping mask that attaches to any headrest was an absolute game changer on my flight from Houston to London. It kept my head supported, blocked out light, and actually let me sleep without constantly adjusting or slumping forward. Do I look a little silly to everyone else? Yes.Am I completely oblivious to it while I’m sleeping like a baby? Also yes.Highly recommend this for anyone taking a long plane ride or road trip. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and genuinely makes a huge difference in getting actual rest while traveling.

Best sleep during travel!
This made a 12 hour flight the most comfortable sleep I have ever experienced during my travels. It works so well with blocking out light and muffled some sounds. It was easy to set up and pack before and after flights. I also purchased a neck pillow to use in conjunction with the eye mask but it was too bulky for me to be able to rest my head against the seat head rest while using the mask. I ended up only using the eye mask and that was plenty comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

Just okay. Test before your trip.
This product was just okay. I wanted to use it on a long flight from Los Angeles to Tokyo and tested it at home before our flight. It did seem like it would hold my head up and to the back of the headrest, but that did not really seem like a comfortable sleeping position. It was also very difficult to wear my noise cancelling headphones with this on. It also just seemed too bulky to carry with us so I ended up returning it.
