Very good product! I just started using while working on my computer and it stays in place while I work. Holds temperature really well. I kept on for 20 minutes and it was still frozen. It's sturdy and fits well, just like the featured pictures.

The ice pack fits well and, once set up, is easy to put on my shoulder, even with one arm out of commission. I have a torn rotator cuff, and this wrap is really helping to mitigate the pain. If I get surgery, it will hopefully speed up my recovery time. Once I pull it out of the freezer, it is a simple process to get it strapped on, even one-handed. No complaints.

Would likely work with a muscle sprain/sore muscles but it was way too heavy and extremely uncomfortable to sit on my shoulder post rotator cuff surgery.

100% What I needed! Comfortable, lasts a long time and really works. Only tried frozen so far and it covers the right area for someone with shoulder issues and relieve swelling and pain. Recommend!

What a great product !!!I was using the heavy clay filled packs post rotator repair, having to put a towel on my skin first, having to sit while I balance The pack in my shoulder . What a nuisance .This pack I can use plush in my skin, then flip ..and it straps so I can walk around if needed or at least not perform a circus balancing act.

Easy to adjust and fit retains cold temperatures for 30 minutes.

Love this ice pack but the wrap around the arm is difficult to do with only one hand.
