Great phone. Has an emergency button but no plug
Great phone for elderly. Easy to use. Has a handy emergency button on the back that you can set up to call someone in an emergency and send an automated help text. Sound quality is better than the cheaper phone. Doesn't come with a plug or charging cradle. You'd need to buy them separately.

Bought for elderly dad who needed a phone quick, it works fine but come with no charger. Basic phone ok to use.

Easy to use.
A nice, simple and an easy to use phone for an 80 year old who just needs it for just in case. Easy to hear a decent sound.

So easy to use
I got this phone for my Dad, he loves it. So easy to use with big numbers. The display is easy to see also. Delivery was very fast and arrived a day before the due date.

Disappointed with battery life
Disappointed bought it as my previous Doro had good battery life. This one has a poor battery life, the battery runs down in a day without making or receiving call.

Good phone but battery life is not good
The phone is ok as my wife only uses it to make calls but the battery needs to be charged every day But this never happened with her old 2G Doro phone. I contacted Doro regarding the battery and they said it’s because you are now on 4G yet it is not on wi/fi internet or voice mail .?

Prachtige 'senioren'-GSM waarmee je zoals al deze toestellen alleen mee kan bellen en sms'en. Ook het kiezen van een eigen achtergrond, beltoon en berichtentoon is leuk; je hoeft niet te kiezen uit de geïnstalleerde muziekjes en afbeeldingen, je kan er ook zelf liedjes en foto's aan toevoegen. Ook handig dat je een sd-kaartje kan installeren om bvb foto's op op te slaan. Eén groot minpunt echter: de batterij gaat geen volle week mee, zelfs niet in standby.

Ho acquistato questo Cell. come riserva, di un altro DORO 2G 6050 acquistato nel 2018 , che adopero attualmente, anche se solo in viva voce. Quest'ultimo è "ottimo", ma fuori produzione, lo avrei ri-comprato. Quando la rete 2G sarà eliminata, ho immediatamente il 4G. Questo, il 2800 l'ho collaudato e va bene. Mi sarebbe piaciuto più pesante e con materiale simile al 6050. Ad ogni modo, vedrò cosa dire dopo che lo avrò usato, fra qualche anno. La DORO, comunque rimane un'ottima marca. Questo prodotto è consigliato, per chi semplicemente invia/riceve SMS e invia/riceve telefonate e non desidera avere internet sul cellulare.

Very practical device for seniors, but this model has poor battery life, not much more than 1,5 day standby, choose other doro, or maybe Nokia fliphones have better battery life.

Das Gerät habe ich für meine Schwiegeroma besorgt. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnung (Telefonieren klappte schnell, SMS lesen brauchte etwas Übung) nutzt sie das Handy regelmäßig und man kann sich gegenseitig gut verstehen.
