Great sleep aid and you don’t have to swallow it (good for people with dysphasia or who don’t enjoy downing pills). It takes about an hour to kick in for me. The taste is okay, kinda like this smarties or bracelet candies you had as a kid, a little tarte. After a few months or in high humidity it may change color but they’re still effective.

These are amazing to help me fall asleep with no grogginess when I wake up. I dislike gummies that seem to be the norm so these tasty quick solve tablets are great.

Good mix of melatonin and herbs. Melt easily. Seems to work. Not great taste but ok. I take two. Price is reasonable.

These are the best melts. They don't give you the "hangover' feeling the next morning. I normally have issues falling asleep and turning my brain off but don't with these.
