This arrived in packaging which had been wrapped over the original packing. The box is quite badly damaged and I have had the rose food everywhere. The product itself seems to be very good, my roses are quite happy.

I’ve used various plant foods over the years with mixed results, but this one offered noticeable improvements within just a few weeks of application.The 1kg size is generous and should last through the growing season for a modest-sized garden like mine. I mainly applied it to my rose bushes and a few hydrangeas that had been struggling with slow growth and underwhelming blooms. The granular texture makes it easy to apply directly around the base of plants—there’s no complicated mixing or need for a feeding can if you’re short on time. I sprinkled it on just before a rainy spell, and nature did the rest.What impressed me first was the subtle change in the foliage. My roses in particular began to produce richer, greener leaves within two weeks, and even the smaller, struggling bush at the edge of my garden perked up noticeably. The new leaves appeared glossier and fuller, and the overall look of the plant was visibly more vigorous. Over the following weeks, the bloom count improved too—more buds, better colour, and longer-lasting flowers. The difference in vibrancy was enough for a friend to comment during a visit, which speaks volumes.One of my favourite things about this feed is that it doesn’t have an overpowering smell like some other garden products. It’s pleasant to use and doesn’t feel like a chore. I’ve also noticed that the plants seem to be more resistant to the pests and fungal issues I usually battle every summer, which I suspect is partly due to the improved strength and resilience that comes from being properly nourished.The shrubs that I had sort of written off as permanently underperforming have started to look like part of the garden again, not just filler. Really could see difference on my roses. I have tested this product on two roses which were not doing well at all. Now they looks soo much better and healthy and they have actually flowers which I could not remember when I have seen them last time. Really happy with the product and happy to recommend it. Easy to use

I have not used this item as yet but I know from previous use that Toprose is a great food for my roses.

Easy and straight forward to use rose and shrub feed, which come packaged within a really convenient 1kg cardboard box. The box has a pull on the side so you can easily pour the feed out and then reseal it again.The consistency of the feed is granular, so easy to dispute around the plant or mix in at root level. This feed can be used in multiple ways and only needs to be applied across two seasons’ spring and summer according to the instructions. So depending on how many plants you have, this box should last a few uses. My roses have just survived winter again so hoping this feed does them some good but, it’s going to be a while until I see any results from this feed.Overall, very easy to use feed and takes up little room to store in its packaging. This product will take a while to see the overall results but so far really happy with the feed.
