It gives a good stretch
This takes a little getting used to as far as getting on and off, but there are different level levels. I start flat on the floor and kind of roll onto it and relax into it. I started off using it five minutes at a time and worked myself up to longer periods as needed. I don’t necessarily feel a crack like if I had been to a chiropractor, but I definitely feel a lot more relaxed After having been on my feet for 12 to 13 hours at work. It gives a good stretch you don’t really realize until you try to get off of it. The first couple of times I recommend slowly rolling off of it. I used my yoga mat under it. I definitely feel a difference in a good way

It does the job but it feels a little flimsy
This little device does a pretty good job of providing a stretch through the back and abdomen. You'll notice from the pictures that it has little acupressure points all over that I do feel when I use the device and to my surprise they kind of feel good when I use it. It is adjustable at one end to increase/decrease the height of the device and in effect the amount of stretch it provides. I did need to assemble it when it arrived but it's really very simple and kind of self explanatory only taking a minute or two. I would say the price is good and the device does what it's supposed to, though the one complaint I have is the construction. It's good overall however it does seem a little flimsy when I lay back on it. I don't worry about it breaking but it does seem to struggle to hold up under my upper body weight despite being well under the limit in the description here on Amazon. Altogether, I'm satisfied and I will keep using the device for a nice stretch when I feel like I need it. It's not perfect but for what I paid it certainly fits the bill and does the job well enough for me! Thanks for reading my review of the Xergur Lower Back Stretcher.

Meh
Pretty flimsy and cheaply made. Gets a crack every once in a while but takes forceful pushing and positioning to make it happen. Do not recommend for people with more serious ailments.

Bloody worth the $10
Is it the best. No. IDK what the spikes are about but all in all they arn't BAD jsut odd? But it does the 2 things it needs to, stretches and pops your back. Its so hard to get the right curve on something to stretch your back and this dose it. In the future I'll probably shell out for a deluxe version when this one breaks. but I do not regret starting with this one!

DANGEROUS!! Snapped for no reason after 6 months, injuring my back.
This item was great, until it snapped under full back weight, leaving sharp plastic to dig into into my back and injuring me.Please don't allow yourself to be hurt by this poorly made product and spend your money on a more reputable brand.

Not for larger people.
This product will probably work really well for more fit person. It somewhat worked for myself, as a matter of personal opinion I did not like bumps on it they created a seperate pain. I was able to use it although if not extremely careful when laying on it it would collapse, may want to consider weight limit warning of 200 lbs.
