Fun Project…
This is a super fun SMD project kit. Very easy and only about an hour or so. I didn’t have any problems that it seems like others had. It does not come with batteries (you can buy a 5 pack for 4 dollars) For under 15 dollars I really enjoyed building this.

Not for beginners
This kit has absolutely terrible instructions. Do not get this kit to practice. You already need to know how to solder and be good at it.

Entertaining
It was easy enough and keep you entertained watching it. Doesn’t come with the batteries that were like $4 each.

DIDODI Soldering Practice Kit - fidget spinner
Comes with everything needed except the soldering iron and solder. I am trying kits out to see which I like for a soldering class. The instructions are included in a print out but they cheaped out - the ink bled through the paper and the real instructions are in a pdf with images. It isn't too big of a project kit for beginners but there are some really small parts so it might need some pre-gaming practice and access to spare kits or parts.

Nice
Really cool soldering kit. Worked the first time around. About 1 hour to do. Does not come with batteries, make sure you order them. The bearing on this to spin it works very well.

Batteries don't hold
All that work just to have a manufacturer error

Cool little kit, but it has a lot of very small pieces that require a microscope (not just a magnifying glass)

Fun project
Works great. Built this with my son. He has something to keep and remember the time we put into the project. Neat toy. Makes patterns when you spin it.

This is my first smd project and I'm pleased with the result. It can be tricky but if you take your time it's doable and YouTube video's are helpful well a must before you start.

Made it for a Christmas present. Lots of fun assembling. Well received.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The components just came in a cheap bag with absolutely no instructions at all. Not worth 50p nevermind, nearly £8.

Fun little kit, but not the easiest to make up. Most of the components are tiny surface mount types which means that great care needs to be taken when soldering. Also some form of magnification is a must

Once built, this is a fun device and has an impressive light display. The ball bearing racer makes it spin for a long time. This a difficult solder kit if you are not use to surface mounted devices. The LEDs are super small. I will definitely need a magnifier to do the soldering. Using flux and tweezers is a must. I had a problem with the switch, when the case was screws down the switch was pressed and did not release. I cured this with a small washer between the screw posts near the switch, so that the plastic switch was making less contact with the SMD switch. The Amazon page is confusing as it suggest batteries are included, then say further down they are not. I can confirm that batteries are not included.
