Worth the money
This item is compatible with a Medline blood pressure monitor. I recently bought this cuff due to my Medline one being too small for my arm and it hooks right up to the machine. My cuff size is a extra large reallya easy to use. Also they have more designs if you do not like the color dark grey.

Elderly person small arm replacement cuff
This cuff works perfect for anyone with smaller arm circumference. My 98-year-old mother was getting incorrect readings with the bigger cuff. This cuff is giving better readings and more accurate. Be sure to test all the connector pieces to get the best fit for your unit

Great product! Fits as described.
I love this cuff! I needed an XL blood pressure cuff to go with my Omron BP monitor. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find an XL cuff made be Omron. This cuff is just as described. It fits my arm and doesn't pop off while inflating like my old cuff did. I love that it has a D-ring to help hold the cuff in place while tightening and securing the velcro.

Difficult to Put on a Child and Glitchy Settings
This child's blood pressure cuff is very difficult to use, as it slips and slides when you try to put it on a child. I found the design and technology glitchy, and never could figure out how to set it up for the memory feature. The price is attractively lower than others like it, but in this case "you get what you pay for" sums up my overall opinion of it.
