Gynecomastia/Man Boob Compression Undershirt with Max-Fit Instant Chest Slimming

Just what we were looking for. My son has nipples that protrude, and we were looking for a compression shirt with a v-neck, so he could wear it under any shirt. This shirt works perfectly -- not too hot, not too bulky. It is tight by design, but we ended up ordering a size Large, when he usually floats between medium and small. He feels a lot more confident while wearing this shirt and no longer hunches over, or pulls his shirt out away from his chest. In fact, the other day he tucked his shirt in -- a first. And I think this has saved me money; there are a lot of shirts he wouldn't wear before, since they drew attention to his problem. I bought two, to last through laundry day, but I may buy one more. Good workmanship, fast delivery, and importantly, this is the ONLY compression shirt I found on Amazon with a v-neck, which unlike a crew neck, won't be visible under any shirt!

This is much better than most. The top is tight and compressive, while the bottom half is not. It's pretty slick material, so your shirt will not get bunched up on it. Also, the overall thickness is quite normal, in contrast with the wetsuit-type shirts I have tried in the past. Not perfect (the seam can show with light shirts), but well worth trying.

Changed materials AGAIN, not as compressive, and this year's version, the chest panel is smaller.

I bought this as a replacement for traditional binders. It does the job and compresses my chest! It doesn't make me completely flat though, which is what some folks might be looking for. I bought a small because I am short statured and smaller than most cis men. Cup size is 36/38 D for reference if there are any other nonbinary/trans folks looking for alternatives to binding. It doesn't completely compress my hips and stomach but it does have an overall slimming affect. I would recommend! I'll probably buy a medium next for a more relaxed fit.

Good compression shirt but they have messed up the sizes. I ordered a Medium. The paper tag has an M on it. The tag actually attached to the shirt says Large. It clearly is a Large. They have gotten sizes mixed up somehow. The white version is correct.

This is a very high quality gynecomastia (man boob) compression top. V-neck to hide under tshirts... hard to find. This one does the trick of hiding this embarassing condition. It is very snug in the armpit area... but the desired look of 'flatness' is achieved. Great confidence booster. Until I have surgery to correct this problem, I will continue to use this top. Tip: Make sure your skin is perfectly dry before trying to roll this on head first. Talcum powder can help it to roll on easier.

Awful. Slimy fabric. Compression in wrong places. It's like a straight jacket. Don't waste your money.

When you put this compression vest on it’s going to be tight. Don’t be shocked, give it a chance, your body wiIl adjust to the tight feeling quickly. As soon as you put it on you’re going feel it digging into your underarms. I started growing moobs because of some medicine I started taking. Normally I wear a 2XL T-Shirt so I ordered 2XL Vest. If you wear a 3XL you might have to go look some where else. I don't think this brand has any bigger vests. If your back sweats wait until you stop sweating before you try and take it off. It’s hard to get off with your back is wet. Good luck to you!!
