Excellent product.
We use this to power our cabinet depth full size fridge during power outages. We have about 600W of solar panels attached to this and it is able to run our fridge for about 5 days continuously. If we shut it down for a few hours at night, then we could probably get 10 days of running the fridge out of this. Lots of ports and functions and the app is great. While we store it most of the year, the batteries are usualy still full when we pull it out. Highly recommended.

Works well
We used this for the first time a couple of weeks ago dry camping, with an attached expansion battery pack (B300K). Plugged the camper into the 30A socket, had the batteries under the camper so they wouldn't get rained on. Solar setup works well when there's good sun, with overcast it at least added a bit more. When leaving the camper fridge on Electric, we got about a day. Switching the fridge to propane, we could have gone several days. We powered the microwave when needed, no problems. It's bulky to pack with, and heavy to get set up, but once in place everything is great. We are very pleased with this purchase so far.

Great Performance, But Solar Panel Snaps Break Easily
Power generation is fantastic. But, while setting up the panel for the first time, the strap holding the leg separated from the snap, leaving a hole in the strap and no way to keep the leg at the correct angle. I’m going to try JoAnn’s for a replacement snap. I use two 350w panels and they charge the Bluetti to 100% in about 3 hours of midday Arizona sun. The unit is pretty heavy, but I’m a 68-year-old woman, and I can get it into and out of my RV, up and down 3 steps, without help. So portability is pretty much what I expected.

Great options on bluetooth
The upgraded bluetti from my original one has faster charging and is expandable to include up to two more units which makes this the best unit for my travels in a van. It's heavy and it has fewer usb ports, but the benefits outweigh the additional plugs, considering I only used 2 a/c plugs on my other unit. I'd ask to have a couple more usb inputs if I had my way, but I am content either way

Included 350W panel is the PV350D version...
The panel model I received is the PV350D (not sold by amazon) which means in perfect conditions, you will get on average 150w input from this 350w panel. These panels have a Vmp of 27.6V. this voltage is probably too low for the ac200l, which thinks that it is not a solar panel but a cigarette lighter socket that is connected, and consequently the ac200l will limit the intensity to 8A max… This means if you want to take full advantage of the panel, you will need to fork over another $700 for a 2nd 350D panel to increase the Voltage. Edit: updating my review to reflect the good customer service I received. I was able to get a refund for the panel and keep the battery. I tested the battery and everything works perfectly so far. I plug my casita trailer 30v cord into the battery and the wattage looks accurate. The app is also helpful for checking the battery while it charges. /drains. I’ll make sure to update my review once I get a year or two of usage.

Expensive but well made
Charges fast. Very powerful. Very heavy and no build in wheels. A powerhouse for your camper and home.

DEFECTIVE BATTERY. EXPENSIVE RETURN
The battery and solar panels were well packaged and arrived in good condition. Although the panels worked well, the battery would not take a complete charge, and that charge quickly dissipated before the battery could be used to power devices. Returns are to the manufacturer in Texas and freight charges responsible to the buyer, expensive for an item of this size and weight. Disappointing that not covered by Bluetti for a defective product...

Love it. Lost power in Kap-Kig-Iwan Provincial Park as a result of a severe storm. I have sleep apnea so I brought this generator out and it powered me the rest of the night and in the morning, 2 cappuccino coffees to start the day.

I got this Bluetti mostly to run my CPAP when we have a power failure. Power outages last between 6 hours to 2-3 days. I tested the Bluetti with my CPAP and it used 14% after 7 hours. I tested it with the 50" TV and accompanying set up and after 8 hours it used about 20%. I then tested it with my computer set up and the TV set up where it used 70% after 7 hours. I also tried it outside while I repaired my deck. Drill and skill saw used about 7% after 5 hours. BUT, here I was disappointed with the solar panels. Where my house is situated does not lend well to solar energy. At least not for these panels. I think there are panels that work better but I need much more education about this. All this to say, for my situation at least, I would have been better served buying battery extensions rather than a solar panel. Definitely do more research that I did. I think the Bluetti itself is fantastic!!
