They were completely sealed when they arrived but inside they are a bit moist and sticky.... I thought maybe one opened so I dumped them all.ot in my hand. No open ones. Hopefully it dosen't dissolve them before 2 months are up. As they are a 1 a day. I tried one. No bad taste, easy to swallow, slightly messy. Edit if necessary in 2 months

I was searching for a great Vitamin E (without soy beans) for my skin and especially for cramps…Let me tell you something Kala Health E T-8 Vegan is the greatest…took me just 2 weeks taking only 2 pills per week ti notice the difference.Love it because is made with palm oil cold press proses.Best time to take it will be a lunch time.Good quality great price Great product I would recommend it very highly.!!!!

This is a quality supplement. I like the mix of tocopherol and four different tocotrienols. The listing and the label state that this contains natural tocopherol and tocotrienols. I assume this to mean not synthetic. This is important. You want to take natural supplements whenever possible. I like that the serving size is one capsule. Sometimes you think you're getting a good deal only to find that the serving size is two or three or more capsules, tablets, etc. The amount of vitamin E that you're getting is good. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no rancid aftertaste, that I find is sometimes the case with oil based supplements.My only problem with this supplement is the price. I understand that sometimes you have to pay for quality, but $39.99 per bottle seems exorbitant to me. After all, we're still only talking about vitamin E here and not some exotic supplement formulation. That being said, it is a good product.

However, this bottle only has 60 capsules and cost a lot more. So, do you own math and decide if you wanna to give this one a try.
