Whew, these things are POTENT! I can feel them start to work almost as soon as I take them. I have so much more energy, better digestion, and my face has brightened up. The serving size is 2 capsules, but I'm about to break it down to 1 because they are strong.

It doesn't say it a sleep aid, so I was taking it in the morning, big mistake, directions should say take a bedtime, I was exhausted during the day, hopefully switching the time will help, but really wanted more energy and less stress
