I loved using the many tools in this kit and I am so happy with the quality of the many tools that made my life easier after my hip replacement surgery. Super easy to use and so helpful. Great price for the number of items in the kit. Great way to save you time and the ability to keep doing things for yourself during your recovery and even after.

I purchased this before surgery for repair of 3 ruptured tendons in my hamstring. I had no idea of what recovery would look like or how much I would need some of these items. Since I could only bend my knee about 30 degrees following surgery, the items most helpful were the claw with the pincher that was thinner and more accurate than the one I already owned (with little suction cups on the end) for helping me pick up items on the floor I could not otherwise reach, putting on clothes, such as underwear, and even putting bandaids on my toe. I could never have put on socks or leggings without the sock tool. The rod was helpful in taking off shoes and socks and for reaching items on the ground or higher than my reach since I couldn’t stand on tiptoes or get on a step stool. The extended shoe horn was helpful at times, however it was much easier to wear my Sketcher Slip-Ins. Since I live alone, these tools helped me remain independent during my weeks of recovery. I’m grateful this kit came with the items I would need most, even before I knew what I needed.

These items were all very helpful and made my life much easier after a fall and needing a hip replacement. They are all very well made.

Items were decent. Helped me as I recovered from hip surgery. Most items were self explanatory but a few I just figured out how to use and I've had these tools since the summer😂 Don't recall any real directions so you learn as you go. Otherwise, got the job done🙂

These tools were useful, helpful, and dimished the frustration I had after hip surgery. Every one of the pieces fit its purpose and never broke or bent.

Better quality than expected.. All tools are useful depending on your needs …in my case post hip surgery . Would buy again and or give as gift for a loved one. Still have to figure out the sock helper though

Clever set of devices. I had knee replacement surgery and for the moment can’t bend my leg very much. The sock helper alone is worth the price. The stick with plastic L shaped pieces helps push socks off. The grabber picks things up and holds pants and shorts legs open. If you are scheduled for knee or hip replacement, have this kit waiting at home. The hospital OT recommended it.

The quality of the items in this kit varies widely. The dressing stick, long handled sponge and leg assist work very well. However, the grabber tool is pretty flimsy. I can’t even pick my phone up with it. The shoehorn simply is not long enough to use without bending over quite a bit, even tho I am only 5’4”. The sock assist is made for very slender legs, and since I had a lot of swelling after my surgery, it was no help at all. I would have done better to just purchase the dressing stick, leg assist and long handled sponge individually. The back scratcher is also very sharp if you have delicate skin.

Great pack of the essentials, post surgery. Quality is very good, and packaged well. A well thought out kit of the things you will need in recovery at home.
