There is minimal trimming but no drilling necessary.Each bracket provides a low profile clean look to your truck. Every bracket is CAD designed, CNC cut out of 3/16 inch cold rolled steel, and made in the USA. They are sandblasted then powder coated black to sustain harsh weather conditions.These brackets do not interfere with the opening or closing of the hood.
