Can I remove the brand logo?

I don't see why not. its a very loose box stich. just carefully cut the thread from the inside. no not just rip it off. but cut the thread with a seam ripper or sissors.

Does the label look like it can come off without damaging the straw?

I do not know. I bought this for my college aged son. He has it. Loves the hat even with the logo/label.

Is this all straw, including underside? Ordered one that i thought was, but it ended up being solid black underside.
