iBathUK8.5kW Triton Aspirante Gloss White Thermostatic Electric Shower

The front panel is a glossy plastic sheen which makes it look expensive. The cover is attached with a ribbon cable to the circuit board which has 2 powerful relays for each element and generally looks a lot safer and better layed out than the tritons of old. It has a Red LED constantly illuminated to show mains on. In addition has BLUE LED's for COLD, Low heat and High Heat. Any of the 4 buttons will turn it on. Indeed the lights, chorme and glossy sheen of WHITE plastic make it look more expensive than it is.For installation, there is a full A3 wall Schematic for a spirit-level and mounting holes and even the pipe level to cut at, which lined up exactly with the unit. Indeed the only fiddly bit I had to read twice was the soap-dish pole to work out which was the top and which was the bottom wall fitting. But I was tired by the time I got to that bit.Cold Water mains inlet can be from top-left, bottom-left or bottom-right, with a 180' rotating inlet inside for left or right. Plastic inserts slide-in to cover the other unused inlets, so no having to cut any plastic or snap out anything.It felt hotter than my last shower. However, if you're expecting a power-shower then this is not a 9.5kw, so don't expect to be pushed backwards with high pressure water, but it is still a fairly capable 8.5kW and the head does adjust to wide or focussed water beam which adds more power.When switched off, it continues to run off all the excess hot water for 5 seconds to prevent the next person getting scolded by residual hot water remaining in the tank.

Really simple to fit, very smart apprearance, clear instructions and to the best bit - its a great shower and the hottest and most powerful 8.5kw shower we've had. Great product

I had a 9.5 KW shower installed but due to the low pressure in my house it kept switching between hot and cold, so I was advised to install a 8.5 KW which I had before the 9.5 KW installed, so I read the reviews on this and they were good so I opted for this and so far it’s working perfectly and looks great!

Excellent shower. Looks very stylish. My only slight niggle is that the heat adjustment dial is difficult to turn when your hands are wet.
