The thickness wheels are imprinted with metric sizes on one side and inches on the other. That was very helpful. I would have preferred having extended handles with which to roll the pin. There are none so it was a bit difficult to maneuver over the dough. Cleans more easily than my very old wooden pin.

I’ve wanted one of these forever and that was just for rollout cookies. Now I’m really into pies and this has been a game changer for me. It’s seamless and makes it so much easier for me to get consistent crusts. Before this, my crusts were thicker in spots and thinner in others, and they (obviously) don’t bake great when that is the case. The metal base is as durable as it can get and this is something that’ll last forever. So glad I bought this!
